I graduated from the University of Lincoln with a distinction in MSc Sports Therapy following a first class honours in my undergraduate degree Sport and Exercise Science. I am fully insured and registered with the Sports Therapists Association. I have therefore completed a university program of study and have completed all levels of knowledge to a standard recognised by the Society of Sports Therapists.
I also specialise in sports massage. Other qualifications of mine include personal training, exercise referral for health, first aid, dry cupping, and kinesiology taping.
